What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations for customer returns, RMA credits, RMA PRN resolution, quality feedback systems, warranty repairs, and factory drop-ship billing.
• Conduct root cause investigations and support process improvement initiatives using data and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Present analytical findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Document business processes, procedures, requirements, and training materials for standardization and knowledge management.
