Finance Analyst

Location: Colombia; fully remote

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and billing processes, including accurate and timely invoicing.
• Oversee the accounts receivable portfolio and conduct proactive collections while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Analyze revenue performance, investigate variances versus forecast and month over month, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Handle client financial, billing, and payment inquiries.
• Build financial reports and presentations using advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools.
• Apply US GAAP and IFRS guidelines to assess, analyze, and document revenue recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• More than 4 years of accounting experience.
• Active Certified Public Accountant license in Colombia.
• Strong background in revenue recognition and financial analysis, with deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
