Lead Capital Markets Analytics & Reporting (Fintech)

A fintech platform providing payments, shopping, banking, deposits, unsecured credit, and commerce services in Colombia.

What you will do

• Lead capital markets analytics and reporting across covenant monitoring, debt and cash forecasting, and funding viability assessments.
• Establish automated verification protocols for servicing reports and covenant compliance across active debt facilities.
• Redesign rolling cash flow and dynamic borrowing base models to improve liquidity forecasting and capital allocation.
• Assess funding viability and capital efficiency for new products and credit facilities in partnership with Finance, Risk, Legal, New Money, and Product teams.
• Lead, hire, onboard, and mentor two Senior Business Analysts while establishing operational ownership and quality standards.
• Coordinate analytical readiness for new credit facilities and communicate facility performance and risks to executives and institutional lenders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in capital markets and structured finance analytics, including borrowing base mechanics, debt facility structuring, and covenant frameworks.
• Experience analyzing complex loan-level financial data in asset-heavy fintech or banking environments.
• Advanced SQL skills with large datasets, including Snowflake or Databricks, plus advanced Excel or Sheets financial modeling.
• Experience translating multi-table database extracts into financial models and executive-ready reports.
• Experience applying AI or LLM automation to monitoring and forecasting workflows with human-in-the-loop review.
• Full professional English proficiency is required for technical, legal, and operational communication across global credit markets.
