Planner II (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Austin Facility 4070, Austin, Texas, United States. Travel: 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $64,000–$88,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Plan and control high-complexity, multi-line manufacturing schedules based on business demand, manufacturing constraints, and material availability.
• Own tool configuration and slotting, including NPMA approval and allocation.
• Design efficient production lines and improve responsiveness, inventory, linear workload, OTD, EOP, CT, and SOE performance.
• Control manufacturing capacity fulfillment and allocate training periods.
• Plan field support and home tool activities, including retrofit projects and R&D requirements.
• Manage option build plan cycles and serve as the primary contact for Product Support and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant planning or manufacturing discipline.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to daily work.
• Ability to solve straightforward operational problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly in routine situations.
• Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members without formal supervisory responsibility.
• Availability to work onsite in Austin, Texas, with approximately 10% travel.
