Planning Analyst (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Mineral Wells, Texas, United States. Must be eligible to work in the United States. The position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate Production Control operations from component acquisition through final shipment to support on-time customer delivery.
• Maintain ERP/MRP planning data, analyze system alerts and exceptions, and manage routing data.
• Convert demand signals into work orders and analyze planned orders to support material availability and production scheduling.
• Track material shortages and lead times, manage work in progress, and maintain planning parameters and inventory levels.
• Develop balanced production plans through capacity analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and escalate schedule or customer impacts.
• Maintain planning bills of material, construct Lines of Balance, assess engineering change impacts, and support continuous improvement and audits.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in production planning, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, independent working, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to understand and apply complex purchasing, manufacturing, production control, assembly, testing, and data-processing procedures.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to work onsite in Mineral Wells, Texas, Monday through Thursday on 10-hour shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, ideally Infor/SyteLine.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing.
• APICS certification such as CPIM or CSCP.
• Experience collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
