Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States. This is not a remote role; work is required in the listed territory and may include field and in-office work.

Salary: $73,800–$94,300 annually ($36.63–$46.80 per hour). A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available to candidates with an active adjuster's license in good standing.

What you will do

• Handle complex auto damage claims using technical and industry knowledge.
• Promptly and accurately settle vehicle damage claims.
• Deliver effective customer service throughout the claims process.
• Work across field and in-office settings within the Jacksonville territory as required.

Requirements

• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License required.
• At least 12 months of auto damage experience required.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Strong computer, mechanical aptitude, multitasking, attention-to-detail, and decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus effective verbal and written communication skills.
