What you will do

• Process standard client and producer transactions using documented procedures and multiple software applications.
• Review transaction information to ensure it is in good order and meets processing requirements.
• Identify and escalate issues requiring resolution.
• Communicate with internal associates, customers, and agents about outstanding requirements.
• Document transaction statuses and contacts received or initiated.
• Meet departmental production, handling-time, quality, and documentation standards in a high-volume, image-based work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• 0–1 year of work experience.
• Ability to learn basic life and annuity product information and understand the financial impact of processing errors.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written procedures, communicate professionally, and work independently and in a team.
• Ability to use multiple software and mainframe applications and type at least 35 words per minute.
• FINRA Series 6 license required within 180 days of hire for associates servicing variable annuity or variable life lines of business.
