Strategy and Planning Lead

Location: Fully remote

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the organizational planning lifecycle, including goal setting, progress monitoring, reporting, and goal close-out.
• Establish strategic planning standards and provide training and communications to support adoption.
• Align organizational priorities, division goals, and individual performance objectives across functions.
• Evaluate planning tools and improve processes based on stakeholder feedback and usage data.
• Assess organizational capabilities, resources, strengths, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market and industry research, identify risks and opportunities, and advise senior leadership on strategic initiatives and change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of strategic planning support or project management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, business process knowledge, research, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language is preferred.

Nice to have

• Strategy Planning Professional, Strategy Management Professional, PMP, or another strategic planning or project management certification.
