Senior Retrieval Operations Analyst (Healthcare Data)

What you will do

• Lead inventory management for assigned Retrieval Groups, monitoring inventory health, project pacing, retrieval yield, and business control metrics.
• Conduct operational performance reviews, identify risks, perform root cause analysis, and drive recovery plans and corrective actions through resolution.
• Provide operational guidance to Regional Operations Analysts, coordinate priorities, delegate work, and support ticket management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and trend analyses to support leadership decisions, inventory prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional governance, escalation management, action tracking, and alignment with Client Success.
• Support strategic projects and develop playbooks, operational triggers, reporting enhancements, and the Inventory Management Framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of operational metrics, performance measurement, analytical problem-solving, and inventory management.
• Excellent organization, communication, presentation, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions, influence without direct authority, coach team members, and drive issues through resolution.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
