Associate Program Manager (UAV)

Location: Bingen, Washington, United States; 85% onsite with some remote work. Up to 20% domestic and international travel is required. Applicants must be a US Person under ITAR requirements and have current US work authorization.

Salary: $83,000–$124,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and geographic differential.

What you will do

• Manage execution of assigned Flexrotor programs, contracts, projects, and proposals.
• Coordinate Engineering, Business Development, Flight Testing, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Production, and Contracts teams.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, including SPI and CPI.
• Track contractual changes, risks, costs, dependencies, and mitigation actions to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Guide customers and partners through program initiation, execution, and close-out while maintaining contractual compliance.
• Support proposals, program enhancements, contract extensions, and follow-on business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Program Management, or Business Management.
• At least three years of project or program management experience involving hardware, services, and support.
• US Person status under ITAR is required: US citizenship, a green card, or coverage under an existing ITAR license.
• Strong planning, risk management, financial analysis, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication, including high-level presentations, is required.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with ERP and professional scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Experience with Department of Defense programs, Flexrotor or similar UAVs, and matrix organizations.
• Project or program management certification.
• Google Suite experience.
