Business Technology Senior Consultant (Power BI)

Location: Southfield, Michigan; candidates must live within commuting distance and work principally in person. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year for the listed regions.

What you will do

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and analyze business requirements.
• Design, build, and implement business applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Lead solution implementations from concept through deployment and user adoption.
• Evaluate existing systems and improve functionality, user experience, performance, and reliability.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations with Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Support a diverse portfolio of project-based initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business technology consulting, systems implementation, business analysis, process improvement, or solution development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization design.
• Experience with workflow automation, Power Platform, business intelligence, or enterprise systems integrations.
• Knowledge of business applications, databases, reporting platforms, data governance, and information management.
• Must be able to work principally in person in Southfield and remain legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience supporting construction, real estate, engineering, or professional services organizations.
• Experience integrating multiple systems and managing cross-platform data flows.
• Bilingual Japanese and English or Chinese and English for qualified candidates.
