What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI dashboards and reports for executive, operational, and analytical audiences.
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, visualizations, KPIs, and standardized metric definitions.
- Extract, transform, model, and validate data from Workday, UKG, JD Edwards, data warehouses, cloud platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Build and support solutions with Power BI, SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, and other reporting tools.
- Optimize complex SQL queries, data models, dashboard performance, and refresh responsiveness.
- Document reports, dashboards, data models, and metrics while mentoring BI analysts and engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale BI solutions across multiple systems and data sources.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, query tuning, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SQL Server, and modern reporting platforms.
- Ability to communicate technical and analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
