Salary: $38–$58 per hour

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, visualizations, executive scorecards, and KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Develop and optimize dimensional data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets.
- Write complex SQL queries to analyze, validate, reconcile, and transform large datasets.
- Build and support ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows across multiple source systems.
- Implement reporting controls, support testing and deployments, investigate data discrepancies, and provide production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, dashboard development, or data engineering.
- Advanced SQL development experience with large and complex datasets.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Experience with dimensional data models, including star and snowflake schemas, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data integration tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, banking, capital markets, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit analytics, or data governance.
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience supporting data transformation, modernization, or reporting enhancement programs.
