What you will do

• Conduct market, competitive, customer, and operational research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Translate research findings into strategic recommendations and business cases.
• Evaluate distribution strategies across growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation with distribution, product, technology, operations, finance, and analytics teams.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Own requirements and enhancement backlogs for key distribution platforms and prepare executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, insurance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project execution skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams from concept through implementation.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex business, financial, and technical concepts.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance, commercial insurance, product management, distribution strategy, business strategy, or management consulting.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating distribution performance, operating models, customer experience strategies, digital platforms, or insurance growth initiatives.
• Experience with financial performance, profitability initiatives, P&L management, or business case development.
• Knowledge of auto insurance, commercial auto insurance, small business insurance, underwriting, agency distribution models, or related insurance operations.
