Business Analyst, Strategic Sourcing (AI)

Salary: $75,590–$88,886 per year

What you will do

• Prepare reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations covering sourcing activity, spend, savings, and business metrics.
• Coordinate requests for proposal, information, and quotation processes, including sourcing documentation, evaluation models, and supplier scorecards.
• Apply Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other AI and productivity tools to improve sourcing workflows.
• Organize contract documentation, negotiation workbooks, vendor research, and market research.
• Lead negotiations for smaller-dollar agreements and support larger supplier negotiations.
• Own the IT purchase order process and improve sourcing documentation, consistency, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including analytical reporting and business presentations.
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Work onsite at the North Bethesda corporate headquarters.
