Hiring range: $180,500–$271,000 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Coordinate range-related operations and compliance activities between internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
  • Represent Relativity in coordination with the U.S. Space Force, NASA, FAA, state agencies, the U.S. Coast Guard, and other regulatory organizations.
  • Maintain documentation and support licensing, permitting, agreements, and operational compliance.
  • Coordinate launch vehicle integration, facility development, hazardous operations, telemetry assets, and mission readiness activities.
  • Track financial and contractual obligations with government stakeholders and support resource allocation.
  • Participate in countdowns, console operations, emergency response activities, and other critical mission operations; extended hours and weekend work may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, programs, or operations.
  • Experience with operator console activities, launch-range or spaceport operations, launch vehicle integration, or related mission operations.
  • Experience supporting national security space programs or other regulated space operations.
  • Experience coordinating with the U.S. Space Force, NASA, FAA, or other government and regulatory organizations.
  • Ability to pass a U.S. government background check and obtain required access authorization for on-site work at applicable Space Force installations.

Nice to have

  • Active U.S. government security clearance.
  • Experience developing automated processes or tools for technical or operational workflows.
