Senior DevOps Networking Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, United States; work from Bedford daily

What you will do

• Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking and compute infrastructure for robotic systems.
• Guide teams through designing, building, testing, and deploying environment changes.
• Manage networking equipment, firmware updates, connectivity, and network design for customer deployments.
• Diagnose root causes using packet captures, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
• Improve the availability, cost efficiency, performance, security, and scalability of AWS and GCP production systems.
• Automate manual processes, evaluate technologies and vendors, and recommend architecture improvements.

Requirements

• Work from Bedford, Massachusetts daily.
• Competence in Linux systems engineering, networking, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience troubleshooting and improving performance in Kubernetes and Terraform environments.
• Experience with networking technologies such as Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, or Zscaler.
• Experience with Terraform, shell scripting, Python, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes; knowledge of multi-tier architectures.
• At least 3–5 years of networking experience, 3 years as a DevOps engineer, 1 year with AWS or GCP, and 3 years with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
