Location: Brno, Jihomoravský kraj, Czechia; hybrid arrangement with an option to work from home.

What you will do
- Create and manage sales orders in SAP, confirm deadlines, and monitor order progress.
- Issue delivery notes and packing lists, and manage and control invoices.
- Organize goods transportation and prepare customs documentation for imports and exports.
- Manage customer complaints and communicate with customers.
Requirements
- Experience with the SAP ERP system and good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- English at B1 level.
- Basic knowledge of finance, logistics, and trade.
- Secondary school education or a high school diploma.
