Junior Logistics Specialist (Consumer & Industrial Solutions)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Office: Giełdowa Street 1, near Rondo Daszyńskiego. Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor inbound deliveries from external and internal sources, processing goods receipts in SAP.
• Manage order fulfillment, shipping activities, transportation planning, and delivery confirmations through SAP and EDI.
• Monitor inventory movements, reconcile physical and system stock, and support stock counts and cycle counting.
• Investigate delivery, inventory, and logistics discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal and external partners.
• Troubleshoot EDI transmission errors with IT and external service providers.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, EHS, and other departments.

Requirements

• Education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field; recent graduates are welcome.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data and business systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Self-driven approach, ability to work independently, and readiness to escalate issues when needed.
• Eligibility to work in the EU is required.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of warehouse or supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP tools, especially SAP.
