Fleet Officer

Location: Dnipro, Ukraine. Full-time office work is required initially; hybrid work may be possible after the probation period. Travel to other locations is required for up to 30% of the time, and occasional weekend work may be needed.

What you will do

• Prepare fleet movement plans, vehicle schedules, driver assignments, and travel plans.
• Coordinate transportation services and vehicle movements in and out of Ukraine, including route planning, situational analysis, and rental vehicle arrangements.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance, repairs, fuel consumption, safety, security, and environmentally sustainable fleet operations.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, fuel, spare parts, equipment, registrations, insurance, and vehicle movements.
• Prepare fleet reports, manage accident reporting, issue procurement requests, and support the implementation of fleet management systems.
• Manage driver timesheets and provide performance support and supervision to drivers.

Requirements

• University degree; transport, logistics management, or business administration is preferred.
• At least one year of fleet management experience in a humanitarian, international, or INGO environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, independent working, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and online meeting tools.
• Good command of written and spoken Ukrainian and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, and stressful environment.
