Manager, National Construction (Logistics Real Estate)

What you will do

• Support regional construction teams with budgeting, planning, project tracking, reporting, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate national construction programs, capital planning, reporting, policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Manage assigned projects and initiatives by defining milestones, deliverables, stakeholder responsibilities, and follow-up activities.
• Support acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, joint ventures, and other transactions through diligence coordination and documentation.
• Review and summarize PCAs, roof reports, engineering studies, building-system assessments, and other technical materials.
• Prepare capital estimates, risk summaries, dashboards, presentations, recommendations, and leadership updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management, commercial real estate, project management, due diligence, capital planning, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of commercial or industrial construction, building systems, capital projects, budgeting, and project controls.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, consultants, deliverables, deadlines, and concurrent workstreams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, including occasional short-notice or more frequent travel based on transaction and business activity.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial or logistics real estate, multi-site portfolios, or institutional commercial real estate.
• Experience with capital planning, construction reporting, process improvement, training, or technology implementation.
• Experience supporting acquisition, refinance, disposition, or property-condition due diligence.
• Experience with Yardi, Bluebeam, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
