Owners Representative Project Manager (Data Centers Construction)

Location: Full-time on-site at a data center campus near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US

Salary: $108,000–$145,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, project information flow, progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Lead on-site coordination with the client, consultants, contractors, and partners on snagging and handover activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues, implement project procedures, and improve processes with the client.
• Lead progress meetings, communicate project impacts, and collaborate with stakeholders on solutions.
• Review proposed variations and delays in the construction works.

Requirements

• Project management experience on data center construction projects or similar projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or active pursuit of certification.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at the data center campus near Milwaukee.
