PM Lead for Nursing (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with a preference for being based in New York City; San Francisco is also available. U.S. geographic markets.

Salary: $230,400–$268,800 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nursing across inpatient, emergency department, and ambulatory workflows.
• Conduct discovery with nurses, nurse managers, and chief nursing informatics officers to identify documentation and care coordination needs.
• Build intuitive documentation, team-based notes, carry-forward, and handoff experiences across mobile, desktop, and EHR surfaces.
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical science, machine learning, customer teams, and health system leaders.
• Integrate workflows across Epic, Cerner, and Meditech environments.
• Define KPIs and demonstrate impact through time savings, documentation completeness, task throughput, adoption, monetization, and beta deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 0-to-1 ownership in a complex domain.
• Experience designing variable workflows and translating strategic goals into sequenced product decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, and machine learning teams, plus excellent communication with clinical stakeholders.
• Experience with nursing, inpatient, or emergency department operational workflows and health system stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, synthesize complex information, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work in the hybrid U.S.-based arrangement, preferably from New York City or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Experience building productivity tools, workflow automation, or ambient intelligence products.
• Background in health systems, health IT, clinical operations, or healthcare products with measurable operational or financial ROI.
• Strong user empathy, product judgment, resilience, and a track record of executing complex initiatives.
