Technical Program Manager I (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid work environment with periodic in-office collaboration in Seattle, United States

Annual base pay: $81,600–$122,400

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs and workstreams under the guidance of senior program managers.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to document requirements, scope, and delivery activities.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk registers, dependency trackers, and action-item logs.
• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional planning activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, support resource planning, and report on milestones and program metrics.
• Develop technical understanding of system architecture, integrations, software delivery practices, and enterprise technology initiatives while applying AI and productivity tools to program execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of professional experience, with prior internship, co-op, research, leadership, or project experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of project or program management principles, including scope, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, influence without formal authority, manage competing priorities, and work in Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks; familiarity with Microsoft Office products is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, SaaS products, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, data platforms, or infrastructure technologies.
• Experience leading team projects, student organizations, hackathons, or other collaborative initiatives.
