Senior Director, Human Resources

Location: Onsite in Aurora, Illinois, United States

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 per year, with actual pay dependent on overall qualifications.

What you will do

• Serve as the lead HR partner to the Materials Solutions President and leadership team.
• Develop talent, workforce, organizational, and leadership strategies supporting business growth and transformation.
• Lead organization design, restructuring, change management, and acquisition integration initiatives.
• Build succession and talent plans for critical leadership, technical, operational, and commercial roles.
• Use workforce data and business analysis to support workforce planning and hiring plans across Materials Solutions sites.
• Lead and develop the HR team supporting multiple regions, sites, and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level partnership with business, operations, or functional leaders.
• Experience supporting complex global matrix organizations with multiple sites, regions, or business units.
• Strong knowledge of organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.
• Experience leading HR professionals or project teams across multiple locations or regions.
• Must be able to work onsite in Aurora, Illinois; immigration-related sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, technology, chemicals, materials science, semiconductor, or industrial businesses.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, restructuring, or other significant business changes.
