Senior Director, HR-Front Line Care (MedTech)

Location: Skaneateles, New York, United States; hybrid workplace with a required minimum number of onsite days each week

Salary: $224,000–$308,000 annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year HR strategy for the Front Line Care business unit, aligned with growth, innovation, quality, service, and margin objectives.
• Advise the President and leadership team on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership effectiveness, rewards, employee relations, and change management.
• Lead organization design, restructuring, cost actions, workforce planning, and team-effectiveness initiatives across a complex, multi-site, matrixed environment.
• Own talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, career pathing, and retention for critical talent.
• Lead HR activities for acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and integrations, including due diligence, retention, rewards harmonization, and post-close integration.
• Lead the FLC HR team and use workforce analytics and people KPIs to measure impact and support evidence-based decisions.

Requirements

• Strategic HR leadership experience supporting a complex business unit and senior executives.
• Experience with organization design, workforce planning, restructuring, talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
• Ability to operate across R&D, regulated manufacturing, quality, commercial, service, and enabling functions.
• Experience managing employee relations, labor and works council relationships, employment compliance, and regulated-environment HR requirements.
• Capability to lead teams, collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Communications, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and regional HR leaders.
• Availability for the required onsite schedule in Skaneateles, New York.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting software and connected-device engineering, data and AI, systems and hardware engineering, regulatory and quality, or clinical and commercial functions.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, executive staffing, enterprise HR operating models, and people analytics.
