What you will do
- Manage and optimize key customer campaigns while collaborating with account and revenue teams.
- Support new customer onboarding, campaign launches, and pre-launch readiness.
- Analyze performance trends, identify issues, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Design, run, and report on A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations for troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Contribute to product releases, process improvements, knowledge sharing, and team mentorship.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in campaign optimization, business intelligence, or analytics.
- Ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, outcome-driven approach.
- Clear and concise communication with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strategic mindset and interest in product and process improvement.
