What you will do

• Lead strategic enablement engagements for large and fast-growing customers.
• Upgrade recruiting workflows, system configurations, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Plan and oversee multiple professional services projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Advise, educate, and facilitate customer-driven changes through recommendations and change management.
• Conduct account and workflow audits and provide detailed improvement recommendations.
• Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of hirify.global Recruiting.
• Project management experience and at least 3 years advising on talent-related functions.
• Experience building internal programs and improving processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strategic and thoughtful approach.
• Ability to manage multiple complex engagements, collaborate with stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work and exploring their value for recruiting processes.
