Senior Full-Stack Technical Leader (Vue)

Salary: £100,000–£120,000 per year

What you will do

• Resolve complex technical impasses and unblock the engineering team.
• Build and ship product features end-to-end, including rapid prototypes and MVPs.
• Develop modern frontend applications with TypeScript, Vue 3 Composition API, and Tailwind.
• Contribute to backend services using Node, Bun, Koa, PostgreSQL, Prisma, AWS, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to shape product direction.
• Improve platform performance, reliability, developer experience, hiring, performance management, and technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building modern frontend applications with TypeScript and Vue 3.
• Solid backend experience with Node-based services and relational databases.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma, AWS, and REST APIs.
• Ability to work independently, make pragmatic decisions, and ship iteratively in a hybrid environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
