Fullstack Headless Tech Lead (React)

What you will do

• Build scalable front-end applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop integrations with backend systems through REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, API gateways, and event-driven architectures.
• Own technical architecture and end-to-end project delivery.
• Translate UI/UX concepts and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, clients, and SaaS partners on integrations and API contracts.
• Guide and mentor developers through technical leadership and code reviews while ensuring accessibility, usability, security, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience building modern React applications.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend integrations.
• Solid understanding of headless, API-first, and composable architectures.
• Experience translating business and client requirements into technical solutions and working in multidisciplinary, client-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and secure development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven systems, API gateways, SaaS integrations, and headless platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards including ARIA, keyboard navigation, and WCAG.
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical project delivery.
• Experience in a digital agency or fast-paced project environment.
