Senior Director of Talent Acquisition (Fintech)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise talent acquisition strategy with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership.
• Define consistent hiring standards, structured assessments, and quality-of-hire expectations.
• Build hiring plans and pipelines for critical capabilities, executive searches, and growth priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team while setting priorities, capacity plans, and performance standards.
• Use data, technology, AI, and automation to improve recruiting efficiency, pipeline visibility, and decision quality.
• Advise senior leaders using talent data, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including leadership of a talent acquisition team.
• Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or similarly dynamic environments.
• Track record of building scalable recruiting strategies, teams, processes, and programs.
• Hands-on expertise in candidate assessment, executive recruiting, and critical-role hiring.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making with strong business judgment and executive presence.
• Must be based in the United States; the role is remote.

• Experience using AI and emerging technology in recruiting.
