Team Lead of Sales and Enrollment (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Connecticut, with work from the hirify.global office in West Hartford three days per week; the role is associated with New Haven, CT.

Salary: $29–$33 USD per hour during the first year of employment.

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of Intake Specialists serving patients and caregivers.
• Act as the main point of contact for team member questions and resolve escalated or complex issues.
• Manage performance through motivation, regular communication, feedback, and performance assessments.
• Monitor workflows, performance goals, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Manage external partner relationships and identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows.
• Interview candidates, onboard employees, and provide ongoing training and information from senior management and other departments.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supervising a team of employees.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing employees, including performance management.
• Proficiency with the hirify.global intake process and systems.
• Ability to meet or exceed case management targets and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work from the Connecticut office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
• Experience in a home care agency, hospital, or healthcare environment.
• Three or more years of experience managing five or more employees.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
