Senior Manager, Market Growth & Operations (Home Care)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bernalillo County, New Mexico; 75%+ of time is spent in the field, with four to five days per week expected in the field

Compensation: Expected annual OTE of $182,700–$203,000, including base salary and uncapped commission

What you will do

• Own the local market’s P&L, priorities, growth strategy, and business performance.
• Build healthcare and community partnerships, generate referrals, and manage the sales cycle through conversion.
• Lead daily operations across client service, scheduling, and care delivery.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary frontline team while setting clear performance and accountability standards.
• Use dashboards, territory analytics, and firsthand market knowledge to diagnose problems and improve results.
• Create operating rhythms, reporting, and repeatable playbooks for the broader owned-and-operated business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling operations with direct ownership of frontline teams or service delivery.
• Experience working in an ambiguous, early-stage, or 0-to-10 environment where growth requires experimentation and independent judgment.
• Experience managing people to measurable business results.
• Ability to work four to five days per week in the field and be based in Bernalillo County.
• Strong operational execution, data analysis, root-cause analysis, and people leadership skills.
• Motivation to serve older adults with resilience, empathy, and a commitment to people-first care.
