Enterprise Risk Management Program Manager

Location: Pineville, Louisiana, United States; on-site. The role may include visits to outdoor job sites and industrial or manufacturing facilities up to 10% of the time, plus occasional business travel of up to 10% annually.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution, governance, coordination, and continued maturity of the enterprise risk management program.
• Own and maintain the enterprise risk register, including risk descriptions, owners, scores, controls, mitigation plans, statuses, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate Risk Owner and Risk Liaison meetings, data collection, follow-up, status tracking, and documentation improvements across business units.
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, enterprise risk profile updates, Steering Committee materials, and the annual Board of Directors report.
• Lead risk workshops, scoring calibration, control documentation reviews, mitigation tracking, and key risk indicator reporting.
• Develop ERM tools, templates, guidance, training resources, process documentation, and recurring Power BI dashboard inputs and updates.

Requirements

• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise risk management or a closely related field.
• Experience owning or managing an ERM program, enterprise governance process, or comparable cross-functional risk program with recurring executive deliverables.
• Working knowledge of enterprise risk assessments, risk registers, risk taxonomy and scoring, controls, mitigation plans, issues management, key risk indicators, and management reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, data requests, meetings, and recurring reporting cycles with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience preparing clear materials for senior leadership, governance committees, boards, or board committees.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, challenge incomplete information, and drive issues through successful conclusion.

Nice to have

• Experience evolving an early-stage ERM program into an integrated business practice.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Excel-based reporting tools, GRC systems, or RMIS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Risk or project management credentials such as PMI-RMP, ISO 31000, CRMA, CRM, CERP, or PMP.
