What you will do

• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Enterprise Risk Management programs.
• Manage vendor risk reviews with business partners and ensure timely governance and completion.
• Prepare risk control matrices, control assessments, risk profiles, heat maps, and control effectiveness reports.
• Monitor risks against tolerance levels and compile enterprise-level risk metrics and reporting.
• Prepare documentation for horizon-scanning groups and the Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
• Track remediation progress for action items and maintain ERM policies and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work innovatively in a rapidly changing environment and interact across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of enterprise risk and operational risk management frameworks, principles, and practices.
