Quality Analyst

Location: Onsite in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. US citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Salary: $82,300–$220,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Analyze quality data, document processes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage problem reporting, including reviews, policy enforcement, metrics, corrective actions, and trend analysis.
• Prepare presentations, user guides, documents, and training materials.
• Coordinate internal business operations risk reviews and track action items and updated risks.
• Participate in internal and external quality and property audits, investigating and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with program managers and technical teams on contract requirements, customer deliverables, and delivery status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a quality-focused role.
• Familiarity with government property lifecycle management, risk management, and non-conformance systems.
• Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving, project coordination, and collaborative work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
