Compliance Quality Monitoring Specialist

Location: Norfolk, Virginia, United States; office-based position

What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate recorded inbound and outbound consumer interactions against accuracy, compliance, and customer service standards.
• Provide written feedback to Operations Managers on compliance and operational improvements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals.
• Participate in departmental calibration sessions to maintain consistent evaluation standards.
• Maintain departmental records and communicate compliance trends to CQM Management.
• Complete additional projects and special assignments as required.

Requirements

• At least one year of collections experience, related experience, or experience monitoring employee telephone performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with collection policies and applicable federal and state laws governing the industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with quality monitoring applications such as NICE or Witness.
• Experience with PRA collection software and telephone system applications.
