Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Annual base salary: $110,000–$125,000 USD

What you will do

• Manually test the ecommerce website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues.
• Test desktop, mobile, and tablet experiences across multiple browsers and devices.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects in Jira.
• Collaborate with QA leads, product managers, developers, designers, and testers to resolve issues.
• Execute testing tasks quickly and support regression testing within an adaptive Agile process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manual quality assurance testing experience for websites and mobile apps in an ecommerce environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Jira and other QA or development tools.
• Understanding of Agile workflows, development methodologies, regression testing, and Progressive Regression Mapping.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product and technology teams.
• Recent hands-on experience using AI tools to create test scripts, troubleshoot issues, analyze results, or improve testing efficiency.
