Business Valuation Analyst

What you will do

• Provide expert opinions and advisory support for healthcare business valuation engagements.
• Collect financial statements, operational reports, market research, and other client data.
• Build and own complex financial models and perform financial analyses.
• Conduct due diligence, prepare reports, and review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed.
• Track project timelines, communicate progress, and contribute to internal and external articles and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced experience with Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and professional certifications such as CFA, NACVA, ASA, or CPA.
• Ability to manage multiple variables, follow written and oral instructions, and adapt to changing assignments.
