Financial Planning & Analysis (M/W) (V.I.E Contract)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; on-site V.I.E assignment for 18 months, starting in January 2027 or Q1 2027.

What you will do

• Support quarterly rolling forecasts and analyze actual performance against prior-year results and forecasts.
• Develop analyses covering contribution margins, open orders, pricing, manufacturing capacity, and profitability.
• Build and maintain financial models using benchmarking and process analysis for decision support.
• Monitor operating KPIs, analyze trends and variances, and prepare recommendations for business areas.
• Use public data to assess competitor and customer performance trends for the Executive Committee.
• Collaborate with accounting, supply chain, sales and marketing, tax, treasury, and other teams to support accurate reporting and cost analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience, including academic coursework or internship experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; basic to intermediate Excel skills in spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis.
• Ability to learn new software and financial systems quickly.
• Written and verbal English proficiency is required.
