Product Head of POP (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and lead the multi-year product vision and strategy for the payments ecosystem.
• Lead and develop Product Managers, including team structure, hiring plans, career development, and product management standards.
• Drive the evolution of payment connectivity, orchestration, reconciliation, financial operations, subscriptions, recurring payments, disputes, and chargeback management.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to shape scalable technical architecture for enterprise merchants and high transaction volumes.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to translate market needs into product strategy and remove cross-team blockers.
• Own business performance, product KPIs, merchant adoption, platform performance, and innovation across the payments product area.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience leading multiple product teams or managing Product Managers.
• Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure platforms.
• Deep understanding of payment orchestration, PSP and acquirer integrations, payment methods and wallets, disputes and chargebacks, and subscription payments.
• Experience building and scaling API-driven platforms and collaborating with Engineering teams on complex systems.
• Advanced or native-level English required.

Nice to have

• Experience identifying opportunities in approval optimization, financial automation, and AI-driven payment intelligence.
