Product Management Intern (Fintech)

Location: Argentina, Remote

Salary: $800 USD gross as an independent contractor

What you will do

• Support the product manager with drafting, organizing, prioritizing, and tracking tickets for payments-service improvements.
• Gather stakeholder context and prepare summaries and materials for payment-provider meetings.
• Query payment data with SQL and help create and maintain dashboards for payment performance, processing failures, and operational health.
• Identify anomalies in payment flows and assist with data preparation for reviews and investigations.
• Maintain documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and operational processes.
• Participate in agile meetings and collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, support, Design, and Data teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Interest in payments, fintech, and complex financial systems.
• Curiosity, logical problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working with data and willingness to learn SQL; previous SQL experience is not required.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
• Must be based in Argentina.

• Previous internships, projects, or extracurricular experience in product, fintech, data analysis, or startups.
