Outbound Sales Representative/Enrollment Specialist II (Digital Insurance Payments)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $55,000 base salary + $45,000 commission

What you will do

• Manage a targeted customer list for claims payment processing.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to support smooth claims payments.
• Research and verify contact information, then update records accurately.
• Track call results and document customer interactions in company systems.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets while delivering professional customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote position.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive, and changing environment.
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
