Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Jewelry)

Location: United States, Remote

Base salary: $164,000–$240,000 USD per year. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Define and execute the commercial roadmap, vendor distribution strategy, and procurement targets for jewelry categories.
• Own competitive, end-to-end RFP processes with international manufacturing partners, from vendor identification through award.
• Build clean sheets, approve buy plans, negotiate component and finished-goods costs, and establish scale pricing targets.
• Partner with material managers, sourcing teams, merchandising, production, technology teams, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
• Drive upstream sourcing, material availability, supply continuity, product cost reductions, and procurement process improvements.
• Identify value-creation opportunities through verticalization, volume consolidation, commodity management, and AI-supported RFP scenario analysis.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within consumer goods or retail.
• Proven experience running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
