Manager - Sustainability

Location: Remote within the United States; based in Lewisville, Texas. Travel up to 25% of the time.

Salary: $93,937–$159,693 annually.

What you will do

• Lead corporate sustainability programs and provide subject-matter guidance across multiple functions.
• Manage greenhouse gas inventory data collection, analysis, calculations, Scope 3 emissions reporting, and assurance readiness.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting, ratings, rankings, third-party platforms, and data management plans.
• Develop sustainable product catalogs, sustainability training programs, dashboards, scorecards, and progress reports.
• Research investment opportunities related to climate, water, and biodiversity initiatives and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Build employee sustainability groups and implement sustainability practices across Operations, Sales, and Category Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sustainability, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate sustainability programs, or comparable education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with SASB and TCFD reporting.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Forms, Power BI, and Power Automate; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Windows applications.
• Knowledge of emissions data collection, data governance, ISO 14001, and the USGBC LEED certification process.
• Strong project coordination, data analytics, leadership, influencing, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• GRI Sustainability, ESG, or CDP Climate Change Survey certification.
• Knowledge of ISSB and CSRD sustainability frameworks.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
