Senior Director Go-to-Market Services (P&C Insurance SaaS)

Location: Remote, Illinois, United States

Salary: $140,300–$249,900 per year, depending on candidate location; eligible for annual bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Own professional services revenue targets and support pipeline generation, conversion, forecasting, and bookings performance.
• Sell professional services to new and existing enterprise P&C insurance customers as part of broader software opportunities.
• Partner with software sales teams, Professional Services leadership, delivery teams, and Tier 1 systems integrators on strategic pursuits.
• Ensure services are positioned early, accurately scoped, appropriately priced, and prepared for successful delivery.
• Coach and develop services sales team members and share sales, deal, and enablement best practices.
• Contribute customer and partner insight to go-to-market planning, service portfolio development, sales plays, and proposal materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in P&C insurance enterprise services sales, architecture, solution design, or technical leadership.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Experience designing and governing large-scale enterprise cloud-based software solutions.
• Deep expertise in P&C insurance enterprise architecture, distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, SaaS platforms, and integration technologies.
• Must be based in the United States for the remote role.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services software domain.
• Experience working in a global insurance software sales organization.
