Technical Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Manage complex commercial projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, estimates, and resource plans.
• Set up and tailor delivery processes, sprint plans, release cycles, and SDLC practices.
• Lead distributed cross-functional project teams and coordinate business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage risks, changes, project issues, quality, and continuous process improvement.
• Track deliverables, delivery metrics, project status, customer satisfaction, and business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience managing complex projects from inception to successful delivery.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, prioritization, estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery metrics.
• Experience with stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, risk mitigation, and quality management.
• Advanced or upper-intermediate written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Developer, architect, or business analyst experience.
• Experience working with enterprise-level companies.
• Knowledge of the SAFe framework.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
