Digital Delivery Lead (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of digital products, client implementations, and product enhancements for investor servicing.
• Coordinate product owners, business analysts, developers, QA specialists, scrum teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders.
• Establish project governance, define scope and success criteria, align dependencies, and manage testing and production acceptance.
• Prepare stakeholder communications, reporting, RAID logs, steering committees, and issue-resolution plans.
• Control budgets, resources, risks, assumptions, issues, changes, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support Agile adoption, post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and repeatable delivery improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven project delivery experience in wealth management, transfer agency, investments, or related financial services areas.
• Experience driving change and managing clients, senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, risks, issues, and budgets.
• Knowledge of structured project management methodologies and tools, including the Atlassian toolset.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and assertive approach.

Nice to have

• Machine learning experience.
• PRINCE2, Agile, or another project management certification.
• Experience in financial services change environments or transfer agency operations.
• Leadership experience mentoring and influencing project managers and senior stakeholders.
