Implementation Consultant II, Construction

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (hybrid) or remote within the United States. Employees outside the Nashville area must travel to the Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings, with additional travel possible based on business needs.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations for owners, developers, and general contractors, managing scope, risk, timelines, and outcomes.
• Run discovery and planning sessions and translate client goals and workflows into actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Manage client escalations, organizational dynamics, and high-impact issue resolution.
• Identify process improvements, document repeatable solutions, and share implementation playbooks.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementation efficiency, time-to-value, and client outcomes.
• Track implementation metrics and use AI tools for planning, communication, analysis, automation, and risk identification.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.
• Construction industry experience is strongly preferred, including experience with owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, or construction technology.
• Ability to deliver concurrent client implementations on schedule and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong client communication, relationship management, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of construction project and financial workflows, including project setup, project financials, payables, lien waivers, project controls, and vendor coordination.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid implementation methods and comfort using project management, CRM, and analytics tools.
