Project Manager (Clinical Data)

Location: Remote, United States; ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary

Salary: USD 90,000–100,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead, plan, schedule, track, and manage deliverables, goals, and milestones for PATH workstreams.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, assumptions, and detailed work plans.
• Map dependencies across clinical workflows, billing, and offline capabilities.
• Direct project teams, monitor progress, manage budgets, and adjust plans or resources to meet customer and clinical needs.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and report project status, risks, scope, and schedule to leadership.
• Identify issues and blockers, develop mitigation strategies, and create contingency plans.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably with software or clinical application projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including MS Project.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to participate in internal and external video meetings and work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
